Remote Maintenance

Remote Support
#

For quick remote assistance, we use RustDesk, a secure and open-source software solution. This allows us—only with your explicit permission—to view your screen and assist with controls. The connection is encrypted and can be terminated by you at any time.

Step 1: Download RustDesk
#

Please download the current version from the official release page. Installation is usually not required (portable version); the program can be started immediately.

Download Link: https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/releases

Note for Windows users: Please select the file ending in “.exe” (usually x86_64).

Available for: Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS.

Step 2: Establish Connection
#

After starting the program, you will see two important numbers on the left side:

  1. Your ID (a long number)
  2. One-Time Password (usually 6 digits)

Please provide these details to us via phone or secure chat when requested.

Important:

  • Full Control: You can see exactly what we are doing on your screen at all times.
  • Security: Access is impossible without the ID and password.
  • Termination: You can disconnect the session at any time simply by closing the program.

Why we use RustDesk
#

We deliberately choose RustDesk as a modern alternative to TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

  • Data Sovereignty: We operate our own RustDesk servers (Self-Hosted). This means your connection data does not pass through third-party public clouds but remains within our secured infrastructure.
  • End-to-End Encryption: Highest security standards for your session.
  • Open Source: The source code is publicly auditable—ensuring transparency and guaranteeing no hidden backdoors.
