Transparent Pricing Without Software License Fees#
We believe in open communication especially when it comes to money. With us, you pay for genuine, qualified IT craftsmanship and proactive protection, not for the profits of foreign software corporations.
According to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged. All stated prices are final prices.

Whether it’s quick remote troubleshooting, on-site server setup, or strategic consulting: We bill fairly and transparently based on time and effort. There are no hidden costs.

Discounted Consumer Tariff: We are happy to support private customers with adjusted conditions for their home networks. Simply mention this during our initial consultation.
Important billing rules:
- Billing interval: Transparently calculated in 15-minute units.
- Travel time is working time: The time required for the journey to and from the site is billed at the regular hourly rate.
- Minimum duration: 30 minutes per order (On-site and remote).
2. IT Monitoring (Managed Service Flat Rate)#
Prevent expensive system failures before they occur. We monitor your devices in the background 24/7 for hardware health, attack attempts, and pending patches.
The immense advantage for you: Because we rely on a powerful, license-free open-source security stack, you pay € 0 in software license fees. You only pay for our service to monitor the systems.

Important Information on the Scope of Services#
What the flat rate includes: Continuous automated checks, permanent monitoring, error alerting, the installation of standardized security updates, and the ongoing integration of new Xeno security features at no additional cost.
What is billed separately at the hourly rate: The manual resolution of acute errors (troubleshooting after an alarm), individual system updates, new installations, or support requests. This is done absolutely transparently and exclusively after your explicit approval.
