Transparent Pricing

We believe in open communication – including pricing. With us, there are no hidden costs. Note: As a small business under German law (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged. The prices listed are final prices.

1. Classic IT Services (Support & Tech)

For repairs, installations, consulting, and individual troubleshooting (Break/Fix).

• Billing Interval: Fair and transparent in 15-minute units.
• Minimum Duration: 30 minutes per order.
• Process: Telephone, written, and remote support count as commissioned services from the moment of request.

2. IT Monitoring (Managed Services)

Avoid downtime before it happens. We monitor your systems in the background for health, security, and updates. You receive regular status reports. Ideal for companies that want security but don’t have their own admin.

Workstation (PC / Laptop) Ensuring your team can work. Checking updates, antivirus status, and disk health.

Server & Infrastructure Monitoring the heart of your IT for availability, load, and errors.

€ 99.00 / Physical Server (Bare Metal) € 49.00 / Virtual Machine (VM) € 39.00 / Additional Devices (NAS, Firewall, Router)

Containers & Apps Specialized monitoring for modern applications (e.g., Docker Stacks).

€ 29.00 / Service or Stack

Contract Term: According to Maintenance Contract (Standard: 24 months).

Important Note on Scope of Services

What Monitoring provides: Checking, continuous surveillance, alerting in case of errors, and regular reports.

What is billed separately: Active error rectification (troubleshooting), installations, or support requests. We bill these transparently according to our hourly rate (see above) – naturally only after your explicit approval (“The Go”).
