Transparent Pricing#
We believe in open communication – including when it comes to pricing. With us, there are no hidden costs, just clear rates for professional IT administration and consulting.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Act), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or displayed. All stated prices are final prices.
1. IT Services, Consulting & Support#
Whether it’s remote troubleshooting, on-site server setup, or training your employees: we bill fairly and transparently based on time and effort.

Important Billing Rules:
- Billing cycle: Fair and transparent in 15-minute increments.
- Travel time is work time: The time required for travel to and from the site is billed at the standard hourly rate for IT services.
- Minimum duration: 30 minutes per request.
- Process: Telephone, written, and remote support are considered commissioned services from the moment active processing begins.
2. IT Monitoring (Managed Services)#
Prevent downtime before it happens. We monitor your systems in the background for health, security, and updates. You will receive regular status reports. Ideal for companies that want maximum security but do not employ an in-house admin.

Workstation (PC / Notebook) Ensuring your team can work smoothly. Checking updates, antivirus status, and hard drive health.

Important Note on the Scope of Services#
What monitoring provides: Checking, continuous monitoring, alerting in case of errors, and regular health reports.
What is billed separately: Active troubleshooting (fault clearance), system updates, installations, or support requests. We bill these transparently at our hourly rate (see above) – naturally, only after your explicit approval.
