📱 For the best experience, rotate your device to landscape mode or use a PC.

Welcome to the engine room. This dashboard visualizes the core processes of XenoElectronics. Experience interactively what makes our IT management so special – from fully automated infrastructure and uncompromising security to seamless deployments.

XENO Patch Management

1. Update and Backup Cycle (V1)

â„šī¸ What exactly happens here? (Show explanation)
The Automation Approach in Action (V1):
Instead of maintaining servers for each customer individually and manually, our developers send all updates to our central control plane. The Xeno headquarters then distributes these updates fully automatically to all endpoints (including firewalls, servers, and PCs). Click the buttons to experience system checks, backups, updates, and OS upgrades live in a seamless cycle – completely without interruptions for you.

Preview: Multi-Site Replication (V2 - In Development):
By switching to the V2 view, you get an exclusive look at our future setup. Instead of a single central hub, multiple locations work hand-in-hand and synchronize in real-time. This absolute high availability is currently in development. At XenoElectronics, we don't turn customers into beta testers – we only release V2 when the code is 100% bulletproof.

2. Active Defense & Monitoring

â„šī¸ Why a simple virus scanner is no longer enough (Show explanation)
The Vault Approach:
A modern corporate network must intercept threats long before they reach the employee's PC. We rely on a multi-layered, active security model:

1. Firewall: Blocks criminal servers and automated attacks directly at the front door.
2. Network Filter (DNS): Neutralizes fraudulent links (phishing) and ads network-wide, so they aren't even loaded.
3. Local Protection: Only if a threat breaches these two walls do the secure browser and antivirus systems on the PC intervene.
4. Central Security System: Meanwhile, our security system constantly collects log data and automatically scans the network for vulnerabilities. Detected gaps in the firewall, filters, or on PCs are immediately closed via auto-patching.

XENO Zero-Trust Routing

3. Secure Remote Access & Roaming

â„šī¸ Invisible Overlay Network (Show explanation)
Work securely and invisibly from anywhere:
Your employees simply type names like intranet.company into their browser from their home office. In the background, our software establishes an encrypted overlay network (VPN) – fully automatically, without the user having to operate an app or log in manually. Xeno manages the secure connection as a silent background service.

Secure Support Access:
At the same time, this system allows our Xeno IT support to securely access your networks in an emergency to help quickly or distribute updates – without you having to open dangerous firewall ports to the internet.

Routing Status

Standard routing active. The employee is safely in the home office.

4. Onboarding, Offboarding & Software Assignment

â„šī¸ How do we set up new devices? (Show explanation)
Employee onboarding in minutes:
When a new device is integrated into the network, you no longer have to painstakingly install programs by hand. Via our central endpoint management, we simply assign the PC to a department (e.g., Sales or HR).

Central Software Distribution:
The system automatically knows which programs, printers, and policies this department needs and installs them invisibly in the background – without annoying reboots for your employees. If an employee leaves the company, the device is securely wiped remotely at the push of a button (Remote Wipe).

XENO Architecture & Deployments

5. What does it look like under the hood? (Deep-Dive)

â„šī¸ Architecture Description (Show explanation)
1. Standard Setup (Fully Virtualized):
A single powerful server at the customer's site. The firewall, network gateways, and all application servers run efficiently as virtual machines (VMs). Management, security, and backups are securely controlled from the Xeno cloud.
