Transparent Pricing & Enterprise IT Flat Rates
#

We believe in open communication. With us, you pay for genuine, qualified IT craftsmanship, continuous monitoring, and proactive protection at an enterprise level. Our prices always consist of two clear components: 1. Your Infrastructure and 2. Your desired Service Level (SLA).

To guarantee a scalable and fair price-performance ratio at all times, our infrastructure prices scale according to system relevance (based on the number of active users and devices).

Component 1: IT Infrastructure & Monitoring

Component 2: Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Support
#

Every customer runs on the exact same highly secure, automated GitOps infrastructure. Our SLAs exclusively regulate how prioritized your request is handled and how quickly a human technician intervenes in an emergency. Furthermore, these SLAs ensure the funding of our comprehensive liability and cyber insurance policies, as well as dedicated support capacities to optimally protect your business.

1. Standard SLA (Fair & Flexible)

Ideal for small businesses with low criticality.

  • Tech: Full monitoring & automated backups included.
  • Support: Best effort. Response time usually within 1-2 business days.
  • Price: + €0.00 SLA surcharge (You only pay for Component 1).
2. Business SLA (Priority)

For companies where downtime costs real money.

  • Support: Preferred ticket routing. Guaranteed response time by the next business day (NBD), usually the same day.
  • Price (Endpoints): + €39.00 / month per PC/mobile device
  • Price (Infrastructure): + €99.00 / month per server/VM/container/network device
3. Enterprise SLA (Mission Critical)

For large organizations. Every outage causes massive financial damage.

  • Support: Highest priority. Guaranteed response time under 4 hours (during regular business hours).
  • Protection: Direct emergency hotline and highest prioritization for infrastructure outages.
  • Price: On request (calculated based on risk).

Legal notice regarding SLAs: Guaranteed response times require the general infrastructure to be operating without disruption. Force majeure events such as widespread power outages, provider disruptions, or massive, unforeseeable cyberattacks may temporarily suspend these times.

Manual IT Services & Consulting
#

For services, projects, or on-site and remote assignments not covered by automated monitoring, we charge transparent hourly rates based on the required technician’s qualifications (billed in 15-minute increments, minimum billing 30 mins):

⏱️ Hourly Rates by Expertise
  • System Integration & 1st Level (Support, Client Setup, Hardware): €89.00 / hour
  • System Administration & 2nd Level (Linux/Windows Server, Nextcloud, Backups): €159.00 / hour
  • IT Architecture, DevOps & Security (Cluster Design, Automation, Forensics): €319.00 / hour

(For assignments outside our regular business hours, on weekends, or public holidays, a 100% surcharge applies to the regular hourly rate.)

📋 Ancillary Costs & Billing Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality and reliability at all times, our ancillary costs are billed fairly and transparently:

  • Remote Support: For establishing and providing the secure remote maintenance infrastructure (e.g., via RustDesk), we charge a one-time flat fee of €29.00 per session (plus the incurred working time).
  • On-Site Assignments: Travel time to and from the site is billed as regular working time. Additionally, we charge a mileage allowance of €0.39 per kilometer driven.
  • Scope of Working Time: Professional IT requires proper documentation. The billed working time includes not only the technical execution but also strictly necessary administrative tasks (e.g., case documentation, ticket closure, invoicing, and secure packaging for hardware returns).
⚠️ Hardship Allowance & Subcontractor Clause

In the following exceptional cases, we reserve the right to apply special surcharges. We will, of course, notify you prior to commencing work:

  • Hygiene & Environment (+ 50%): Work on heavily soiled devices (e.g., smokers’ PCs, extreme construction dust) or assignments in hazardous environments.
  • Legacy Systems & End-of-Life (+ 50%): Work on hardware or software older than 10 years or no longer receiving security updates from the manufacturer. Such systems generally cause massive overhead and compatibility issues.
  • Missing Documentation (+ 50%): Significant additional effort (reverse engineering) due to missing access credentials, passwords, or IT documentation on the customer’s end.
  • B2B / Support for External IT Providers (+ 300%): If we are brought in by other IT system houses or service providers as subcontractors for troubleshooting at their end customers, we charge a flat 300% surcharge on the respective hourly rate.

Your Guarantee: Our managed contracts can be canceled on a monthly basis. You stay with us because you are convinced of our performance – not because a contract forces you to.

The IT Provider Comparison: Efficiency instead of Licensing Costs
#

If you compare our prices with the offerings of classic IT system houses – and contrast the exact scope of services – you will notice significant cost efficiency on our side.

How do we achieve this architectural superiority? In our comparison, we assume that a reputable system house offers you true enterprise-level IT security. In the classic IT world, this means deploying extremely cost-intensive licenses (e.g., for Windows Server Datacenter, VMware vSphere, Intune E5, Veeam backups, Fortinet hardware, and scanners like Tenable or Nextron). The system house passes these massive monthly rental costs, along with reseller margins, directly on to you.

Because we have developed our entire infrastructure in-house based on cutting-edge open-source and GitOps technologies, these artificial license paywalls are eliminated. We provide enterprise security and extremely fast response times because we fully control our stacks.

Our question to you: Does your current IT provider even offer proactive, automated monitoring, continuous security scans, immutable backups, and failover capabilities typically found in modern cloud environments? Or do they still operate on the inefficient “Break/Fix” model (something breaks, you call, the technician repairs it manually)?

  • If no: Then you are currently not receiving the services we define as the absolute minimum standard.
  • If yes: Use our interactive calculator below to visualize how much resource budget you can free up through our optimized architecture.

According to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged. All stated prices are final.

Legal Notice / Disclaimer: Should third-party licenses (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, specialized industry software), proprietary hardware, or external specialists and subcontractors be strictly required at the customer's request, these will be passed on 1:1 plus an industry-standard handling margin of 30% and are not included in the standard Xeno prices. All values calculated in the above calculator are estimates for rough illustration of architectural differences and are explicitly provided without guarantee.
